‘Where the Walv is’ is made up by four Dutch artists with strong individual resumes including international exhibitions, publications and prizes, who will be joining forces for the first time at Trailerpark Festival. They too will be creating an interactive installation with a starting point in the festival’s trademark - the trailer. Their vision is to shake up the audience, and they promise that their work will speak to the guests' inner child. The group consists of Wout Wolf, Nina van Bart, Willem Coenraad Wesley Van Doorn and, to the Danes maybe best known, Maaike Fransen. Maaike has previously worked with Henrik Vibskov and Space10. Where the Walv is is attracted by the playfulness that characterizes Trailerpark and the opportunity to tap into the energy of the crowds. With a track record that includes tipis, animal suits and lazer shows the guests are in for a treat.
