Another great music event in June is Denmark’s biggest heavy metal festival Copenhell. It takes place for 4 days (from Wednesday to Saturday) on the territory of the former industrial district Refhaleøen in Copenhagen harbor. Its headliners at different times have been world rock and metal stars – Metallica, Slipknot, Korn, Scorpions, Kiss, System of a Down, Black Sabbath, Judas Priest and others. But the festival also has a tradition of discovering new names for the public. Performances take place at multiple venues – it’s a hell of a lot of noise and fun. In addition to music, partying and partying, visitors can expect alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and a large selection of Danish, Asian and American cuisine.

The Biergarten beer nights have reached legendary status, and COPENHELL offers a plethora of entertainment, wicked art, demonic parties and kinky metal, all of which you won’t find anywhere else.
After just seven years of operation, COPENHELL has already become a tradition for many metal fans – even outside Denmark, where word of it is spreading like wildfire. Over time, COPENHELL will become one of the leading metal festivals in Northern Europe, so COPENHELL is organized by rock and metal fans – for rock and metal fans!
